Once we have received your non-refundable deposit we will send you a retreat registration form to fill out and send back to us.
When you have returned that form to us we will send you an invoice when the next instalment is due.

What is included in the price above?
9 nights accommodation at the Ohalo Manor Hotel - twin share or single rooms
All meals including breakfast (October 2nd to October 10th), lunch (October 1-9th) and dinner (October 1 to 9th)
Transfer with the group from Ben Gurion Airport, Tel Aviv, Israel to Magdala Guesthouse leaving at 10am on October 1st (if you do not arrive at this time for the transfer you will need to find your own transport)
Transfer with the group from Magdala Guesthouse, Tel Aviv, Israel to Ben Gurion Airport leaving at 10am on October 10th (if you do not arrive at this time for the transfer you will need to find your own transport)
9 Days teaching fee for Ishtar, plus administration costs (US$1000)
2 full day tours in a minibus with tour guide (Jerusalem and Nazareth)
1 full day tour in a minibus with tour guide (Tomb of the Matriarch in Bethlehem, Beit Yerah and Tiberias and Magdala
2 half day tours in a minibus with tour guide on the shores of the Sea of Galilee (Capernaum, Mount of Beatitudes, Bethsaida and Church of Multiplication of the Loaves)

Your round trip airfare to Tel Aviv
Personal expenses – laundry, alcohol, phone calls, mini bar, extra meals or late night snacks, souvenir shopping, extra services not listed, taxis, tips to room maid, guide or porter, (we recommend US$10 per day)
Personal, travel, medical supplies or services and trip cancellation insurance
Anything that is not mentioned in "What is Included" list
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellations must be received in writing via email or text message
Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the deposit paid.
Any cancellation made between: June 20th, 2019 and August 13th, 2019 will result in a loss of 50% of the total retreat price.
Any cancellation made between: August 14th, 2019 and the retreat commence date of October 1st 2019 will result in a total loss of retreat price.
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so all monies paid will be refunded in full).
Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans.
NOTE: Every participant MUST take out their own private travel insurance covering them for delay and cancellation costs/health and loss of personal property. We do not take responsibility for these items. We will require a copy of this insurance.
THINGS TO REMEMBER
When you book we will send you a registration form. You will be required to supply a scan of the front page of your passport and supply international flight details for your arrival and departure to Tel Aviv, Israel.
You may require a visa to Israel. To check if you require a visa to enter Israel go to this link: https://new.goisrael.com/article/208
Israel is very strict so please contact your local embassy well in advance of your departure date
Validity of your passport - All visitors to Israel must hold a passport that is valid for at least six months from the date they are departing the country. That means you need at least 6 months validity on your passport from April 1st, 2019 but preferably earlier from February 30, 2019.
Confirm if transit visa is required for any connections. Check with your airline in case you have connecting flights overseas as part of your journey to Israel. It may be the case that countries you pass through en route to your destination may require a separate transit visa.

A trip preparation document will be sent to you by our office assistant Raishael about 3 weeks before the retreat begins.
It is imperative that every traveller takes out cancellation/health/travel insurance.
