During these 5 days you will be supported to open your channel to the higher consciousness of you and connect with your own divinity.

Come and explore the greater gifts of you and learn how to receive the divine light that you are o you may en-lighten yourself and become more of who you are.

·      Ceremony to assist you to connect more deeply to Mother Earth and anchor and ground you

Ishtar has been an embodied channel for the Ascended Masters for 15 years and travels the world sharing her gifts. She has so much experiences and has learned many tools to assist you to open your divine connection too.

Ishtar also will channel the masters and you will receive their divine wisdom for yourself.

DAY TRIPS TO: Stonehenge, Glastonbury Abbey, Avebury, Chalice Wells, The Tor and crop circles (if any around)

TRANSPORT: For those who do not have their own cars we will be hiring a 7-seater passenger van from London Heathrow Airport. You will need transport to get to the sites we will be visiting and this is not included in the quoted cost. We can pick you up from London Heathrow airport on morning of Friday May 31st and return you to the same place on the late afternoon of Thursday June 6th.

PICK UP ON May 31st: We will pick up at a Heathrow car rental office at 10am. You may need to arrive in London a day earlier and stay overnight at an airport hotel to meet with us on time. We will drive to Glastonbury via Stonehenge and stop to visit. We will arrive at Middlewick in the early afternoon. We will depart Glastonbury about midday on June 6th and arrive at Heathrow at about 4pm.

Cost for the van is optional and additional: Depending on the number of people it will be approx. 150 pounds (AU$300, US$230, ) per person (includes insurance but not petrol which will need to be added - approx. 20 pounds per person.) You will need to organise this with Ishtar direct.

Or, you can hire or drive your own car.

ACCOMODATION

We will be in farm stay cottages. Each cottage can cater for 2-3 people (single and twin share with shared bathroom), or if you want single there are a few single rooms in a cottage that are available.

Accommodation is twin share or single in farmstay cottages situated right underneath the Tor. 

MEALS: Lunches and dinners will be catered (except for the day we go to Stonehenge and Avebury. On these days you will need to purchase your own lunch on site). to keep costs down we will prepare our own breakfast in the kitchen of the cottages. Food may be bought on site or in town at the organic health food store or supermarket.

COSTS AND DEPOSIT

INCLUDED IN COST:

  • Catering all dinners and lunches except for 2 lunches when we will be at Stonehenge and Avebury = 190 pound per person

  • Accommodation:
    Twin share = 260 pound for 6 nights.
    Single = 360 pound for 6 nights

  • Teaching and admin: 450 pound

NOT INCLUDED IN COST:

  • Airfares

  • Transport - car hire or van hire (optional extra)

  • Extra 2 lunches (Stonehenge and Avebury)

  • Personal costs at retreat such as laundry, telephone, breakfast food, extra food etc.

Single room: 1000 pound for 6 nights (appro. AU$1748 , US$1263, 1110 Euro) does not include transport

DEPOSIT: To reserve your place on this retreat please pay a 200 pounds deposit (non-refundable).

 OUR CANCELLATION POLICY: 

·       Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the deposit paid. 

·       All cancellations must be given in writing.

o   If you cancel on or after March 30th 2019 the fee will be 20% of total price

o   If you cancel on or after April 15th 2019 the fee will be 30% on the total price

o   If you cancel on April 30th 2019 the fee will be 40% of the total price

o   If you cancel after May 15th 2019 the fee will be 100% of the total price

·       We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so all monies paid will be refunded in full). 

Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. 

NOTE: Every participant MUST take out their own private travel insurance covering them for delay and cancellation costs, medical and loss of personal property. We do not take responsibility for these items. We will require a copy of this insurance.

THINGS TO REMEMBER

·       When you book we will send you a reservation form.

·       Validity of your passport - Check that your passport is valid for at least six months from the date you are departing the country.

·       For information about health issues and vaccinations for please speak with your own doctor. We take no responsibility for this.

·       A trip preparation document will be sent to you by our office assistant Raishael.

·       It is imperative that every traveller takes out cancellation/health/travel insurance. 

PLEASE TAKE OUT TRAVEL INSURANCE AS SOON AS YOU REGISTER AND BOOK

 

DESTINY MEDIA SERVICES PTY LTD reserves the right to cancel any trip prior to departure for any reason whatsoever, including an insufficient number of participants or logistical problems (e.g. acts of God, war, strikes, etc.), which may impede trip operations.  The refund of all payments as described in the paragraph below shall release DESTINY MEDIA SERVICES PTY LTD from any further liability.  A trip cancellation due to insufficient numbers would normally occur at least a month prior to departure, unless acts of God, war, strikes or other events impede our departure causing large numbers of participants opt to cancel participation on the journey in the last days before departure.

 

DESTINY MEDIA SERVICES PTY LTD must make substantial payments to suppliers (including providers of land travel) far in advance of the scheduled date on which we embark. If a trip is cancelled due to forces beyond our control (acts of God, war, labour strikes, earthquake, flooding, etc.), DESTINY MEDIA SERVICES PTY LTD will promptly refund the portion of the trip cost not advanced to suppliers. 

DESTINY MEDIA SERVICES PTY LTD will use its best efforts to recover advance payments as promptly as possible, and will refund to you the amount recovered, if any.  However, DESTINY MEDIA SERVICES PTY LTD does not guarantee recovery of any or all of the advance payments made, and our use of best efforts to recover these payments will not include the institution of any legal proceeding in foreign lands.  This policy applies to a trip cancellation by client choice following any necessary increase in trip costs.
